Haslams Surveyors has strengthened its commercial property lease advisory team with the appointment of Chris Gilbertson as a partner.
Gilbertson, who has more than 11 years of experience, joins from Newmark UK where he was a senior associate. Prior to that, he worked for Gerald Eve, Allsop and Anglo Irish Bank.
In his new role, he will work alongside partner Stephen Holt, advising a wide range of clients – including property funds, property companies, local authorities, major corporates and regional occupiers and investors – on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and property acquisitions.
