Tritax raises additional £110m for London logistics fund

Tritax has announced it successfully completed a £110m equity raise for its Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) in Q4 2025.

The specialist investor in industrial and logistics assets in the Greater London area, raised £313m of capital in 2025 in total and is on track to hit its target of £400m.

The £110m of additional equity commitments secured in Q4 2025 were from an “internationally recognised investor base”, including a first £100m commitment from a global multi-manager on behalf of an Australian super fund.

The fund delivered an annual return of 13.6% in 2025 and secured top ranking in the MSCI/AREF Annual UK Property Index for 2025.
