Property developer HBD has appointed Oliver Jervis from Tritax Big Box Developments as senior development manager.
Jervis spent more than three years at Tritax Big Box Developments as a development surveyor and prior to that he worked for Langham Hall.
In his new role, he will support on a range of significant I&L projects across the North and Midlands, including Freeport 36 at Goole. He will play a key role in the delivery of HBD’s I&L portfolio, working closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver high quality, sustainable development.
Hamer Boot, interim managing director at HBD, which is part of Henry Boot, said: “Oliver brings valuable experience in the industrial and logistics sector, alongside a strong track record of delivering complex development projects. His appointment further strengthens our team as we continue to progress a number of major I&L schemes across the country.”
