Henry Boot has completed a series of industrial and logistics deals. At Airport Business Park in Southend it has agreed two freehold design and build transactions for owner occupiers for a total price of £19.3m.
In addition to delivering a 128,888 sq ft headquarters facility for aircraft seating firm Ipeco Holdings the developer has also sealed a deal with storage specialist CAMA Asset Store on a 27,603 sq ft warehouse.
Henry Boot has also acquired a 62-acre site in Lancashire in a joint venture with Barnfield. The site has the potential to deliver 786,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space.
This month the developer completed on the £54m GDV Power Park scheme at the former Imperial Tobacco plant in Nottingham. The seven unit, 426,000 sq ft scheme, was forward funded by Oxenwood Logistics Fund 1 SLP in 2021.
