UK regional office investor Hillview Real Estate has sold two office buildings in Stevenage and Bristol to private investors in separate transactions for £13.5m.
In Stevenage, Hillview has sold the 41,722 sq ft Meadway Court, located in Stevenage’s main commercial area of Gunnels Wood Road, which provides 14 self-contained buildings let to 21 different tenants.
And in Bristol it has sold the 37,287 sq ft Great Western Court, which comprises four separate buildings and is located next to Bristol Parkway Station.
Nadav Livni, founder and fund manager of Hillview Real Estate, said: “These two sales follow the successful completion of our business plan for the assets and provide us with equity for reinvestment into more active opportunities. Hillview was advised by ADS Real Estate Advisors at Stevenage and jointly advised by ADS Real Estate Advisors and Hartnell Taylor Cook at Great Western Court. The unnamed private investors were advised by CBRE in Stevenage and Lambert Smith Hampton in Bristol.
