Global real estate investment, development and property manager Hines has created a new global business unit called EXP by Hines designed to “address the disruptive changes in the built environment”.
EXP by Hines consists of two business groups ‘Global ESG’ and the ‘Global Venture Lab’, and Hines has assembled a leadership team tasked with uncovering new opportunities and “disrupting” the commercial real estate industry.
