Hollis has appointed Alistair Cooper from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) as a director and head of its dilapidations service.
Cooper, who has more than 18 years’ experience of dilapidations, was a director and head of building consultancy for London at LSH.
In addition to his dilapidations expertise, Cooper also has experience in technical due diligence, contract administration, party walls, rights of light, and planned maintenance sectors.
Andy Hay, CEO of Hollis, said: “Hollis has a long history of being at the forefront of dilapidations expertise. As the industry has evolved, so has the role dilapidations claims play in key lease lifecycle moments. Alistair’s experience of settling multi-million pound claims, along with his understanding of technical due diligence, neighbourly matters and planned maintenance will support our team in providing commercially minded dilapidations advice. He joins a team that is already highly respected in the industry.”
