Honey has received planning permission to deliver a £42m GDV residential development in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.
The ‘Homes by honey at Thoresby Vale’ scheme will comprise 114 new three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and include 12 of Honey’s house types.
The housebuilder intends to make a start on site this month with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in June 2025.
Located on the former Thoresby Colliery site, once complete the Thoresby Vale development will comprise 800 new homes, a new primary school, a local centre and up to 250,000 sq ft of commercial space.
