Honey has received planning permission for a new £23.5m, 95 homes development near Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The housebuilder will deliver a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes on the eight-acre site off Banburgh Lane.
The development, which has been christened Iris, will feature 16 different house types which Honey says have all been specifically designed to combine “style, substance and sustainability” for the benefit of buyers.
Work on site is due to commence next month with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in summer 2024.

Honey is backed by private equity firm Alchemy Partners and its Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund IV, which has £937m of fully committed capital.
