The Howard de Walden Estate (HdWE) has completed a series of lettings with healthcare businesses at its Hale House ‘HealthTech’ scheme.
European AI medical scribe company Tandem Health, Breath Predict, HOPCo and healthy.io have all signed for space at Hale House.
Mark Kildea, chief executive officer at The Howard de Walden Estate, said: “We are so excited to announce these new openings, which mark a significant step forward in the transformation of our healthcare provision and highlight the strong demand we continue to see for our space.
“Technological and societal changes are affecting the way people receive care, but also how professionals deliver it. Across Harley Street Health District, our goal is to provide expert diagnosis, access to cutting-edge treatments, and compassionate care in a dedicated environment designed to meet the growing needs of our visitors. These signings show we’re well on our way to becoming the leading London location for HealthTech start-ups and investors, while continuing to provide the high quality care we’re known for.”
