Hurstwood Holdings has completed the purchase of Europa House, on Gemini Business Park in Warrington, and Alliance Court, on Ludlow Eco Park in Shropshire, for undisclosed sums.
The company said that following the acquisition of the two ‘high yielding’ properties it had invested £40m in total across 15 assets last year.
Europa House (pictured) is a 27,995 sq ft modern office building situated in the heart of a prime industrial area let to Schneider Electric and BMS Progress LLP – there is 5,6990 sq ft of space currently available in the building.
Alliance Court comprises two detached office buildings totalling 15,191 sq ft, which are let to Premier Medical Group and Implemental on 10-year leases.

B8 acted on behalf of the vendor, Threadneedle, on the sale of Europa House and Singer Vale sold Alliance Court on behalf of a private investor.
