Igloo Regeneration has secured planning consent for the third phase of the Dundashill housing development in Glasgow.
The latest phase will deliver 88 new homes as part of the wider 600-home masterplan, comprising one- and two-bed garden apartments, two- and three-bed duplex lofts, and three- and four-bedroom town houses.
Built on the site of a former distillery, the low energy homes will be constructed using locally sourced materials wherever possible and each home will feature air source heat pumps and EV charging infrastructure.
The latest phase was designed by Stallan Brand and HAUS Collective, with landscaping by Rankin Fraser.
