IM Properties has submitted plans for a new £343m industrial park called Thrive in North Warwickshire.
The proposals for the site, which is located near junction nine of the M42 near Curdworth, will see 3m sq ft of industrial space delivered.
A minimum of 30% of the 135-hecatre site is being promoted for advanced manufacturing purposes, with IM intending to deliver dedicated space suitable for entrepreneurial, high technology start-up businesses and high value logistics companies. The buildings delivered for start-ups will be designed to Passivhaus standard.
