The Botanic House events venue on Castle Street in central Inverness, has been put up for sale for £1.4m+.
The building, which provides 8,000 sq ft arranged over the basement, ground and first floor, has a 3am trading licence and has operated as an events-based music and entertainment venue. It will remain open during the sales process.
There is an opportunity to create a full-week offering at the building and generate additional revenue.
