Jarron Developments has secured planning consent for the 16-storey Metalworks residential development in Liverpool’s Pumpfields district.
Designed by Falconer Chester Hall, the scheme will be built on a prominent site at the junction of Leeds Street and Vauxhall Road and will offer 401 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes spread across 396 apartments and five townhouses.
The on-site amenity provision will include a cinema room, gym, co-working spaces and rooftop gardens. At street level, the scheme has been designed to activate the frontage along Vauxhall Road, with retail and communal spaces.
