Jewellery retailer Pandora has signed for a new 1,630 sq ft store at 56 Southgate Gate in Bath on a 10-year lease.
The company is relocating to the store, which is split across two levels at the junction of Southgate Street, Stall Street and the entrance to Southgate Shopping Centre, from its current home in the shopping centre.
A rent in excess of the quoting figure of £125,000 per annum was agreed on the unit, which was previously occupied by EE.
GCW advised the private investor landlord and Stephen Kane & Co acted for Pandora.
