JLL has appointed current head of UK capital markets, Andrew Frost, as chairman of its UK business, effective 31 March 2026.
Frost (pictured) joined JLL in 2011 as part of the King Sturge acquisition and has spent the past six years leading UK capital markets.
JLL’s current head of Central London markets, Julian Sandbach, will take on the head of UK capital markets role and will continue to service investment clients in London.
Sandbach has been with JLL for 18 years and has advised on many of London’s high profile and complex transactions over a three-decade career working in capital markets.
John Woodger, who joined JLL as a graduate in 2010, will take over leadership of the Central London capital markets business, alongside his role as head of City capital markets.
