A joint venture between J Smart & Co and Manse has purchased a 10.5-acre site at McNeil Drive, Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire, with a view to building a circa £40m GDV industrial and logistics scheme.
The JV partners plan to deliver two new industrial/distribution units of 80,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft at the site and are targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings for the development, which will feature EV charging points, PV panels, LED lighting and energy monitoring systems.
