Housebuilder Keepmoat has agreed a deal to deliver 66 affordable homes off Cheney Manor Industrial Estate in Swindon in partnership with local housing association Bromford.
The approved affordable housing scheme will deliver a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and apartments.
Bromford will make 33 of the new homes available for social rent with the remaining 33 homes available for affordable home ownership through Bromford’s shared ownership scheme.
