Kinrise and Mactaggart Family & Partners (MF&P) have secured planning consent for the transformation of Canons Wharf in Bristol into a mixed-use campus.
The redevelopment will see the former Canons House building re-positioned to provide 197,000 sq ft of high quality workspace alongside F&B, cultural spaces and public-facing destinations.
Located in the heart of Bristol’s thriving Harbourside, the scheme will feature a coffee house with gardens, restaurants over-looking the Harbourside, saunas, a performance gym and PT classes studio, a podcast studio and 200-person auditorium and a rooftop boardroom and events space, offering panoramic views across the city
