Knight Frank and Naef Immobilier have joined forces to launch Naef Commercial Knight Frank, a new brand dedicated to commercial and investment real estate across French-speaking Switzerland.
The two groups already have a long-standing relationship through the luxury property consultancy Naef Prestige Knight Frank.
The new brand will offer a wide range of services including the valuation and sale of real estate assets, representing property owners and leaseholders on retail lettings and property market research and studies.
Neil Hadi has been made director of Naef Commercial Knight Frank, which has a team of 12 specialised consultants in commercial and investment real estate, including Luana Vieira in Lausanne, Marie-Claude Müller in Neuchâtel and Cyril Peyrot in Geneva.
