Faith Beeson-Wright has joined Knight Frank’s residential development team as a partner.
Beeson-Wright, who will be based in the firm’s Bristol office, was previously a senior planning manager at Countryside Partnerships and specialised in managing complex planning applications. Prior to Countryside, she held various planning roles at Barton Wilmore and Icini Projects.
At Knight Frank, she will work closely with Nick More, head of South West planning and development at Knight Frank, and will focus on delivering schemes for clients across Bristol and the South West.
More said: “Faith brings a huge wealth of skills and experience to this role, and her appointment will further strengthen our offer as we progress our pipeline of planning work on a number of high profile sites. We are very excited to welcome Faith to the team, and I very much look forward to working with her.”
Mark Evans, head of regional residential development at Knight Frank, added: “With the appointment of Faith, Knight Frank continues forward on its ambition for expansion and growth in the South West.
“We now have dedicated planning and development experts operating in Bristol, Bath and Exeter. This is major step forward in ensuring we can provide clients across the region with unrivalled advice and guidance during the lifecycle of their property journey – from land acquisition, development and viability consultancy, planning advice, to new homes sales.
“Faith’s track-record in securing planning on the most challenging of sites significantly bolsters our already strong team in the region, and we’re delighted she’s joined Knight Frank.”
