Knight Property Group has completed the acquisition, refurbishment, leasing and sale of a 46,858 sq ft industrial unit at Tannochside Business Park in Uddingston to DFYNE for an undisclosed price.
The modern industrial facility was purchased by Knight in early 2025 as part of its value-add investment strategy and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme.
Shortly after completion, the property was leased to DFYNE, which trades under OLR Holdings, and the company subsequently purchased the property from Knight.
Oscar Ryndziewicz, founder and CEO of DFYNE, said: “This additional facility represents a major milestone in our journey and is a critical investment in the next phase of our growth. We’ve built DFYNE on a commitment to quality, customer service and innovation. From the outset, the quality of the refurbishment and the location of the building made it the perfect fit for our business. The decision to purchase the site reflects our confidence in its ability to support our operations for many years to come.”
James Barrack, founder and chairman of Knight Property Group, added: “We are thrilled to welcome DFYNE to Tannochside. By acquiring, enhancing and securing a strong tenant for this property, we created significant value while delivering a high quality industrial facility to the occupier. Supporting the growth of dynamic Scottish businesses like DFYNE is exactly what our investment and development strategy is all about.”
Gregor Harvie, partner at Ryden, said: “Securing a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding brand like DFYNE so soon after refurbishment completion is a testament to the quality of the product and the strength of the Lanarkshire industrial market. Knight’s investment created an asset that was not only attractive to lease but compelling for long-term ownership.”
