Landsec has signed three leasing deals with Inditex at Bluewater in Kent and St David’s in Cardiff totalling 28,500 sq ft.
At Bluewater, Inditex has signed for a 10,000 sq ft Pull & Bear store and a 10,000 sq ft Bershka store and at St David’s (pictured) the company has taken 10,000 sq ft for Pull & Bear.
At both locations, the new stores will bring together Bershka’s three lines – Bershka, BSK, and Man – along with Pull & Bear’s full collection of menswear and womenswear.

Our strong fashion performance will now be bolstered by more of Inditex’s world-class, experience-led stores.”
