Harry Parker has joined Lanpro’s London office as EIA technical director from Enviroguide.

Parker has 17 years’ experience of environmental impact assessments and related work. At Enviroguide, he was technical director and EIA division lead, specialising in residential and renewable developments.

Prior to that, he was an associate director at AECOM, working on residential and commercial projects across London and the South East.

Parker said: “I’ve had the good fortune to work across many sectors and for a wide range of clients across my career. I hope to bring my experience gained from working on various high profile residential, commercial and infrastructure projects and add value to Lanpro’s service. I am excited about joining Lanpro and working with the EIA and major infrastructure environment leads Tara Chopra and Dermot Scanlon, the EIA team and the fantastic team of in-house specialists.”

Tom Pike, director of planning at Lanpro, added: “We are delighted to welcome Harry to our growing team at Lanpro, at a time of excellent opportunity for the renewable energy sector. His experience will be invaluable as the market for onshore wind in England opens up to our clients and we look forward to maintaining a strong market position in this sector.”
