LCP completes hat-trick of lettings at Princes Square scheme

LCP has completed a hat-trick of lettings at its Princes Square retail scheme in Glasgow.

New restaurant, bar and lifestyle shop Zibibbo has taken a 3,516 sq ft unit, The Whisky Shop has signed a 10-year lease on a 753 sq ft unit and local charity Launch Coffee has taken a 2,341 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.

M Core acquired Princes Square, which sits on Buchanan Street in the heart of Glasgow’s premium shopping district, earlier this year.

Alex Williams, senior asset manager and head of Scotland at LCP, which is part of M Core, said: “Following the excitement of & Other Stories joining the scheme, we are thrilled to now be welcoming Zibibbo, The Whisky Shop and Launch Coffee to Princes Square. The offerings of the three new tenants align perfectly with the existing premium brands at Princes Square.

“We are confident that these new tenants will contribute to the overall appeal of Princes Square and increase footfall for the overall retail destination, particularly in the lead up to Christmas.”

Legal representation was provided by Morton Fraser MacRoberts toThe Whisky Shop, Bannatyne Kirkwood France & Co. acted on behalf of Zibibbo and Launch Coffee was supported by Freeths. Savills and Culverwell were legal agents for the scheme.
