Lewis Ellis has recruited James Grasby from Savills as a senior surveyor.
Grasby worked in the licensed leisure team at Savills, where as well as being a registered valuer he built up a strong understanding of the leisure and public house investment markets. In his new role, he will work across all sectors of commercial investment agency.
Grasby said: “I am delighted to have joined Lewis Ellis and I am looking forward to working with the incredibly successful team.”
