Lipton Rogers Developments has secured planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of the Park Tower Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge.
Working with Stirling prize winning architect Stanton Williams, the project reimagines the Richard Seifert-designed building into a destination hotel featuring eight residential apartments on the top floors.
The project will see 90% of the building’s existing substructure retained to minimise carbon impact, with a four-storey vertical extension added to enhance the tower’s silhouette.
