The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) has appointed P-THREE to lead on F&B leasing at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, including the restaurant space at the new East Bank development.

The East Bank riverside development, which contains six new prime restaurant units totalling 15,800 sq ft (GIA), is due to open later this year.

P-THREE has also been appointed to secure operators for the ArcelorMittal Orbit and The Podium, a 14,105 sq ft restaurant space at the park.

Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-THREE, said: “Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in London, and East Bank is the most significant new addition to London’s cultural landscape for decades.  The East Bank restaurant units are in a prime location and are ideal for established operators seeking somewhere special to expand, or new concepts inspired by the unique setting and purpose of East Bank.”

Edward Fane, head of venues at LLDC, added: “The park is an incredible place with millions of visitors drawn here each year by our world-class venues, cultural offer and events as well as two established business districts. We are looking for partners who share our ambition and aspirations for the park and we know that P-THREE’s knowledge, experience and market insights will help us to attract the very best mix of catering, retail and leisure operators.”
