Lloyds Banking Group has taken 124,000 sq ft at MEPC’s 11 & 12 Wellington Place in one of the biggest office leasing deals in Leeds for several years.
The scheme, which offers 254,879 sq ft of Grade A space, is designed to achieve the maximum NABERS rating of 5* in addition to BREEAM Outstanding.
Lloyds Banking Group will start to move employees from Lovell Park in Leeds to Wellington Place at the end of the year, with the transition due to complete by spring 2024.
