Lodge Park has secured a £9.6m finance facility from Paragon Bank’s development finance division for a residential development in Buckinghamshire.
Lodge Park’s St Edmund’s Place scheme comprises 12 new build five-bedroom detached homes in Maids Moreton, between Buckingham town centre and Bletchley train station.
