LondonMetric Property has appointed Stärka to lease circa 100,000 sq ft of leisure space in the Victoria Exchange Leisure District, adjacent to the AO Arena in Manchester.
The ‘big box’ space is currently split over two floors, with 50,000 sq ft at ground level and the remainder across a mezzanine level. The space has been designed by Corstorphine & Wright to suit large format experiential operators.
The site also has a 980-space car park, which offers the scope to activate up to 1.7 acres of roof terrace suitable for premium dining operators or experiential food and beverage concepts.
