Praxis has let a 4,800 sq ft unit to West Country-based café/bar group Loungers at Plymstock Broadway in Plymouth on a 15-year lease.
The new venue, which will be called Divino Lounge, is scheduled to open later this month and will provide an all-day family dining experience.
Following completion of the deal, the Plymstock development is now 95% let.
