Lovell has secured planning consent to deliver the final phase of the 931-home One Woolwich masterplan in South East London.
The Maryon development, which was designed by PRP, will feature 165 new homes, 80% of which will be provided at social rent by the borough.
The final phase will comprise 43 houses and 122 flats and offer a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
