LS Estates has launched a new division dedicated to the industrial and logistics sector.
The company has appointed Paul Crosbie, former head of industrial and logistics at M&G Real Estate, to head up the new strategic initiative which is called LSi.
In his new role of business space and logistics director at LSi, Crosbie will identify and assess new opportunities, with LSi currently evaluating £200m of potential investments as part of its ‘decarbonise to core’ strategy.
LSi will focus on providing investors and occupiers with carbon solutions encompassing both new development and retrofit asset management initiatives.
Crosbie has more than 20 years of industry experience and prior to working for M&G he spent 10 years at Rockspring (now Patrizia) specialising in industrial and logistics. He also worked for CBRE in London and Dubai
