Redevco has let the 9,688 sq ft third floor of ONE James Street in London’s West End to M Core for its new UK headquarters.
Redevco has comprehensively refurbished the building, which now comprises a flagship 25,000 sq ft retail space at ground level let to PUMA and 43,000 sq ft of contemporary Cat A office and amenity space over five upper floors.
Designed by Leslie Jones Architecture, the refurbishment includes a communal roof terrace and pavilion offering skyline views across London, alongside extensive biophilic design features.
