Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Oliver Leeming from CBRE as national operations director for valuation.
At CBRE Leeming was head of operations and business development for valuation and prior to that he held a senior role at Get Living.
Leeming will work closely with LSH’s existing leadership and divisional directors and play a “critical role in maintaining the standards and integrity of the firm’s valuation mandates as the profession continues to evolve in response to the demands of its clients and ongoing reform being driven by the RICS”.
Adam Ramshaw, national head of consultancy services at LSH, said: “Valuation is a cornerstone of the LSH business and we are always looking to bolster our team with new talent. Ollie’s arrival will give us added strength in depth as we continue to grow and enhance this vital service line.”
