The Sloane Stanley Estate has leased 30,000 sq ft to luxury health club operator Third Space at 19 Milford Street in Chelsea.
The site, which was previously occupied by a BT telephone exchange, will offer state-of-the-art equipment, training and recuperation zones when it opens next year.
