M Core has acquired Waterside Industrial Estate in Manchester for an undisclosed price.

The 375,307 sq ft former manufacturing and distribution facility is located just north of Hadfield town centre and will be managed by Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of the M Core collective.

The wider Waterside site extends to approximately 21.5 acres and comprises a series of warehouse and manufacturing buildings ranging from 22,848 sq ft to 159,998 sq ft. There is currently one industrial unit available to let at the site.

Phil Murphy, director at Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, said: “Waterside offers robust industrial accommodation in a highly strategic location and we see genuine potential in its ability to serve both regional and local occupiers. With only Unit A now remaining, this represents an excellent opportunity for a business looking to secure space with strong connectivity and long term growth prospects. Our focus will be on enhancing the estate’s appeal and unlocking its long term value.”

DTRE has been appointed as the letting agent for the estate.
