Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has signed a pre-development hotel management agreement with Samson House (SHL) for a new luxury hotel and branded residences at Bankside Yards on London’s South Bank.
The new Mandarin Oriental Bankside will occupy a standalone 33-storey building within the wider Bankside Yards masterplan. Planning consent for the property was obtained in December 2020 by Native Land on behalf of SHL. The hotel will offer 171 guest rooms and 70 branded Residences at Mandarin Oriental.

Such a respected global hospitality brand will positively impact not only the Bankside locality, but also the wider South Bank area.”
