Martley Capital has strengthened its investment, debt and asset management teams with three new hires.

Graham Emmett, who has more than 35 years of pan-European real estate finance experience, joins Martley as a senior adviser and a member of its investment and credit committee.

Emmett co-founded alternative lender Atelier Capital Partners in 2019 and previously held senior roles at HIG Capital Advisors, Cheyne Capital and Nama.

Martley has also appointed Josh Quinton-Smith from Boundary Real Estate as director of real estate to lead its regional office platform and Freddie Mason has joined the debt capital markets team from SitusAMC.

Richard Croft, chief executive of Martley Capital, said: “These appointments come at an exciting time for Martley as we continue to scale both our regional office and credit platforms. Graham, Josh and Freddie each bring exceptional experience and expertise to the business. Their appointments strengthen our ability to source opportunities, raise capital and execute our investment and lending strategies as we continue to grow the platform and deliver value for our investors and borrowers.”
