Keepmoat subsidiary MCI Developments has agreed a deal to deliver 158 affordable homes at Trub Farm, Castleton, in partnership with L&G Affordable Homes.
The new housing scheme in Rochdale, which was granted full planning permission by the council last month, will comprise a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments in addition to two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. L&G will let the homes as social rent and shared ownership.
