The Mercers’ Company has completed the final phase of its three-year refurbishment of Becket House and fully let the 42,000 sq ft prime office asset in the City of London.
The final phase of the refurbishment programme was the £6m refit of 21,000 sq ft of space, comprising three office floors, the reception area and the addition of new cycling facilities.
Becket House is now fully let, within six months of the completion of works. Tenants include Scandinavian law firm Schjødt, specialist recruitment agency Opus Recruitment Solutions, and corporate finance and wealth management agency Northall Advisory Partners.

The Mercers’ Company’s refurbishment of Becket House, with the addition of welfare facilities and external terraces, is a direct response to this and supports the post-Covid return to the office.
