Milligan has appointed Martin Tresidder as development director. Tresidder, who has more than 35 years of experience spanning multiple property sectors, will be based in Bristol and will play a key role in delivering the company’s pipeline of projects.
He will work alongside Jon Munce, who has led Milligan’s development team since 2022.

Martin’s tenacity and proven ability to deliver complex developments are needed now more than ever in repurposing assets and developing regeneration projects across our towns and cities in the UK.”
