Brighton Pier Group has put its Paradise Island Adventure Golf business up for sale.
The business comprises seven indoor mini-golf venues in England and Scotland ranging from 8,000 sq ft to 24,000 sq ft.
The venues are located in prominent mixed-use retail and leisure schemes in Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow, Derby, Cheshire, Plymouth and Rushden Lakes.
Brighton Pier Group is working with the specialist licensed and leisure team at Colliers on the sale, as part of its strategic review of assets.
Paul Bugeja, from Colliers’ licensed and leisure team, said: “Each of the Paradise Island Adventure Golf sites are strategically located with a presence in some of the UK’s most sought-after retail and leisure schemes. This presents a rare opportunity to acquire a business which has consistently delivered strong operating profits, with potential to grow sales further through investment in the estate and wider business.”
