Ambassador Regency Group has put four mobile home residential park estates in the North West of England up for sale.
The portfolio comprises: Carter Hall, Rossendale, which features 47 developed plots and 7 vacant/undeveloped plots on a 6.52-acre site and has a guide price of £1.7m; Stalmine Hall, Poulton-le-Fylde, which occupies a 3.87-acre site providing 51 developed plots and two vacant/undeveloped plots (guide price £1.5m); Croft Park, Preston (pictured), which sits on a 3.17-acre site and features 36 developed plots and six vacant/undeveloped plots and is being sold with a guide price of £1.4m; and Warrington Court, Warrington, which offers 14 developed plots and 15 vacant/undeveloped plots on a 1.82-acre site (guide price £850,000.
The parks are being offered for sale individually or as a whole.
