Moda Living has received planning permission for a new £134m co-living community on Penarth Street in Bermondsey, London.
The company is delivering 283 co-living homes and 44 affordable homes at the development, with amenity provision including a gym, roof terrace, residents’ lounge, games room and private dining room. The site will form part of Moda Living’s Studio Living platform.
The main architect on the project is Child Graddon Lewis (CGL) and completion is set for the end of 2026.
