Monique Royle has been appointed risk management director at Colliers. Royle, who is the former RICS West Midlands chair and board member, returns to the firm having previously worked within its licensed and leisure team between 2015 and 2018.
In her new role she succeeds Andrew McArthur who retired at the end of 2022 after a real estate career spanning more than four decades. Royle has almost three decades of property sector experience having worked for Marston’s, GVA, Christie & Co and Fleurets.
