Montagu Evans has recruited Jonathan Stevenson from Knight Frank as a partner to lead its residential capital markets team.
Stevenson, who served as head of BTR and funding at Knight Frank, has a wealth of experience advising clients on residential projects across the UK.
In his new role, he will focus on leading and growing investment, development and funding advice across the build-to-rent, PBSA, co-living and later living sectors.
