Two units of circa 100,000 sq ft have gone under offer at Indurent Park Chippenham. Another recently completed spec built unit has also gone under offer at the park, which is located just off Junction 17 of the M4.

Indurent recently completed the final four speculative units at the park, which range from circa 24,000 sq ft to circa 83,000 sq ft, marking the completion of the main site development.

The company has practically completed circa 900,000 sq ft of new space so far in 2026, with a further circa 2m sq ft due to complete by year end.

Lee Nash, head of development at Indurent, said: “Chippenham caps a strong year of delivery for us, alongside the progress at Gloucester and T45 Leeds. It reflects the pace at which we are bringing high quality space to markets where occupiers have very little choice.

“Whether it is speculative development or space built to an occupier’s exact specification, our track record across logistics and MLI continues to grow. Having practically completed almost 900,000 sq ft so far this year, with a further circa 2m sq ft due by year end, we are well placed to keep meeting demand across the country.”
